DTN COMMENTS:  Yet another slow start to the day. Bids still remain 
elusive. Asking prices are around $186 to $187-plus in the South, and 
$300 in the North. Packer inquiry should start to improve over the next 
several hours. Beef cutouts are expected to be higher with light to 
moderate box movement.
